We had booked an appointment with Dr Duct to come and clean our ducts today at 9:00 a.m. By 10:00 we still have not heard from Dr doc so we called the answering service. Still no response or call back. After making several calls with no response back we decided to cancel our duct cleaning service with this company. Very unprofessional service.
