They cleaned the ducts as described, no issues there. My problem is that, before contracting with Dr Duct, I repeatedly mentioned to the owner my concerns that I did not want dust everywhere, and he assured me it would be fine. It was not. When they began cleaning out my cold air return, the sudden increase in air pressure created an explosion of dust and debris in my basement. I had Dr Duct come out about a week ago to clean out our ductwork and dryer vent. They were great and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing, cleaned up all mess and were total professionals throughout. I can recommend their service!
