One of the worse and rudest office staff. Not helpful at all. Very rude and inconsiderate. Wasted my time for 4 days just to give me an appointment. Never ever go there!
I like Dr. Duc (he is an affable guy) - BUT the gal answering the phones is HORRIBLE and RUDE I called, in tears, to change an appt I have "next week" (not a last minute request) due a VERY serious sad situation and I will not be here. I stated this and asked if I could please reschedule. I was told NO because they have a policy. WHAT??? Dr. Do is the most caring Doctor I’ve ever had! He spends so much time with me so I truly don’t understand anything but a 5 star review!
I tried to make an appointment by phone and they were totally rude to me. So he may be a great doctor, but after reading everything I've read in the testimonials, and my own experience, I don't want to make an appointment anymore.
