Sales/reception terrible customer service.
A warning to potential customers of Dr Dube .... while im sure he is an excellent Dr his Optician / Eyeglasses sales team are lacking. A recent transaction with them is my last. After an eye exam the Dr wrote my prescription telling me it hadn't changed. I then selected new glasses to be made costing $849.. when picked them up they were very blurry except the top 10% of the lenses... after hearing my concerns. the young lady said the lenses checked out and said i will have to get used to the new RX ..
