Have you ever had a surgeon cut into your bladder in 3 places and never apologized? Well, since 2009 when Dr. Kriel (using Dr. very loosely) botched my attempted hysterectomy, no apologies and it played a huge part of the multiple surgeries since. I've had more surgeries because of the scar tissue filling my abdominal area. He made the mistake of not bothering to look at an ultrasound because of his arrogance. Horrible provider and would not recommend to anyone. He does not care about the patient, doesn't follow up, does not answer the phone, doesn't understand his role as a physician and is a perfect example of the lack of empathy in providers. He does not care to address the patients needs and concerns and will brush you off consistently. I do not understand why he has such a high rating, dealing with this physician has been the worst experience of my friends life.
