Never answers the phone. He is a good doctor, though his receptionist is quite rude and doesn't seem to understand patient well-being and needing to touch base to adapt care. Requiring an appointment just to have a phone call
Never answers the phone. Staff are beyond incompetent. My pharmacy faxed a prescription refill 5 weeks ago, they ignored it. I’ve called dozens of times, left 3 voicemails, all ignored. I’m still without my refill. Don’t waste your time here, you’re better off having no family doctor and using the clinics
Dr Du Toit is an excellent doctor and feel very fortunate to have him on my side! He isn’t a pill-pusher like a lot of doctors can be, instead he is all about finding the root cause of an issue and correcting it.
Very good doctor. He is very personable too. Since he took us on as his patients several years ago we have been very happy with him!
