Ken with Dr. Dry spent 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through what I thought was a foundation leak issue. He gave me practical advice at no charge and that is extremely rare to find these days. I'll call Dr. Dry anytime I need help with waterproofing issues!

Ken, Rudy, and the rest of the crew were fantastic to work with. Ken's process to start with easier fixes that make sense is fantastic. I didn't feel pressured to buy the entire waterproofing system because my house had an isolated problem with water coming in. His pricing was great and his approach was so much appreciated as I thought this was going to be a $20k situation because of other companies. He got it done for a fraction of the cost and I feel so much better about my situation!

Ken came out and gave me an accurate assessment of what was causing the issue. We discussed the options, and he completed the work in a timely and professional manner. A joy to work with, would not hesitate to call him in the future. No pressure, on time, work completed, what more can you ask for?

My experience with Ken, the owner of Dr. Dry was a completely refreshing difference. Ken analyzed all the possible aspects of the problem and broke down all the possible solutions including re-grading... read more

Never have I dealt with such an honest company. We had a flood in our basement and water has been pouring in anytime it rains since then. We had several different contractors give us very expensive quotes to do very different jobs as a “guess” to fix the water. But, Ken came in, knew what to do to fix the water and he came up with a detailed plan that was about half of what we had been quoted. He and his meticulous team executed the plan that included an in-house drain, sump pump, positive slope from the house, downspout red... read more
