Ken was great. We had an emergency and he reshuffled his schedule to meet with us, we came up with a plan and he completed his scope of work in one day. Highly recommend.

Ken, aka Dr. Dry, is incredible to work with. He helped walk me through my options clearly and openly, fostering trust and mutual respect. A breath of fresh air!

Dr. Dry, also known as Ken, did a great job ensuring my sump pump discharge pipe is protected from frost and cold temps. He also installed my sump pump and spent a great deal of time helping me understand how it works. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very skilled. He is the kind of person you want to be in your home and has an outstanding work ethic. Never upsells....solid skills and has choices and options which work.
