Would not allow me and my service dog access. Said it was the managers discretion. After telling tje clerk my diagnlssis she demanded which everyone in tje lobby heared and yes i was humiliated they kicked us out! Expect to hear from ADA and BBB
They are awful. I honestly wish it was possible to give a zero star rating. I submitted my new patient information on September 2nd... it's now October 6th and no one has called me to set up an appointment. Their system for enrolling new patients is incredibly inefficient. I've called four times just this week and each time I've been told that no one knows how much longer it will take for a doctor to finish "reviewing my information" and that all they can do to speed up the process is "make a note". Everyone at the clinic was friendly, prompt, and professional. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a clinic.
Don't see Donie Harris - Deaton NP. We have seen her several times and she's terrible. She traumatized my 3 year old. She didn't do a simple procedure correctly. The clinic itself and other workers are great. Just don't see her.
The women working there are complete jerks. The only person that was kind was the front desk girl named Katie. All they seem to be trained in is handing out antibiotics and taking their sweet time hosting around in the office. These people are not professional.
Great with kids. Won't take my kids anywhere else
This office not only made me feel badly for have medicaid but the staff was rude
