They are awful. I honestly wish it was possible to give a zero star rating. I submitted my new patient information on September 2nd... it's now October 6th and no one has called me to set up an appointment. Their system for enrolling new patients is incredibly inefficient. I've called four times just this week and each time I've been told that no one knows how much longer it will take for a doctor to finish "reviewing my information" and that all they can do to speed up the process is "make a note".
