My first visit to this dental office was great, but my second visit was incredibly disappointing. I came in for a few fillings, and the experience was uncomfortable from the start. The dental assistant seemed visibly frustrated — huffing and puffing throughout the procedure — which made me feel uneasy. I have a neck injury, and the position she kept me in was extremely uncomfortable, but there was no concern or accommodation offered.
