Very practical and detail oriented approach in making judgement about the evaluation of a presented problem. Contrary to usual approach of making money from customer's ignorance, I found (Jeremy) Dr Drains educating me on the issue and saved me thousands of dollars. He presented me with options that were practical and addressed my concerns that were due to the lack of understanding of the matter. Surely, a trusted certified plumbing service at the time of need.
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and how he was going to fix it. Drains are working perfectly.
Jeremy was extremely helpful and solved my blocked drain issue in only an hour. It was a weekend call out but he responded very quickly and had the issue resolved with minimum fuss whilst explaining what the issue was. Am happy to recommend his services.
Dr Drains did an excellent job replacing the 50+ year-old taps on my bathroom sink. He diligently tried over two visits to fix a stubborn leak. And when the taps proved too old to fix, he came back to next day and quickly installed a really nice new tap set. I highly recommend Dr Drains.
