Down home boys to get the job done. They might not look professional but they know what they’re doing. Good guys absolutely good guys.
This company is absolutely atrocious. Unprofessional, classless, no work ethic & flat our liars. 6 weeks into a 3 day job, it still isn't done & the whole yard is in disarray. They also removed all of the plumbing to the subpump & now the basement has several inches of sewage water & he won't answer his phone.
I used them when they had RotoRooter and they put ruts in y yard getting the truck stuck. Now I used Dr. Drain, not realizing it was the same people, to potentially jet hose plugged tile. For 30 minutes of work and not fixing anything they charged $300. I had a real plumber come out the next week who found the problem and fixed it. I would give a zero if possible. Don't waist your money.
