My flood control pump stopped working and I called and they stopped by in a couple of hours. I called 6 other places 2 of which never got back to me 2 others couldn't come out for at least a week. Dr. drain had me up and running within one hour charging a very fare price. I would definitely call them again.
Dr Drain had done work for me before and did a terrible job. I am still having problems! I would not recommend them at all.I have given them thousands of dollars and they said they fixed it which they didn't not because I wouldn't have countious problems.
My husband and I had work done in our basement in 2011 because the water in our shower was not draining properly. Bob told us that we had "sewage issues". During this time, one of his workers stole my husbands video game controller. He was very unprofessional and a slickster. He constantly blamed his workers for his short comings.
