If you’re looking for a plumbing company that actually knows what they’re doing, this is it. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, no runaround, no nonsense. Just solid work. Anthony deserves recognition — he showed up, did the job right, and went above expectations. That kind of work ethic is hard to find. I’ll be recommending them to everyone. Ps also did extra work that wasn't even in the bill.
Bob and his crew at Dr. Drain were absolutely amazing from start to finish. My flood control pump stopped working and I called and they stopped by in a couple of hours. I called 6 other places 2 of which never got back to me 2 others couldn't come out for at least a week. Dr. drain had me up and running within one hour charging a very fare price. I would definitely call them again.
