My basement flooded and Bob was very helpful with getting the problem resolved the first time, however, instead of replacing the whole pipe, he only replaced some, which causes me to have two file a second insurance claim. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that actually knows what they’re doing, this is it. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, no runaround, no nonsense. Just solid work.
