Tech was very knowledgeable on my system and covered various options for me to go forward with to resolve the current issue. Prompt, courteous, and attentive. Still waiting for the bids I did pay for the video inspection of the sewer line. 200 bucks, which if I go with the bid, will come off the total repair.
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I have been using Roto-Rooter for the last 15 years, and just found out they were not able to clean the full sewer line because of the length of their cable. Doctor drain came out and cleaned it no problem, they were very prompt, and clean, would definitely use them again. Jordan with scheduling was very communicative, and Brian, the technician was great! Would recommend.
