Jordyn is prompt and treats all plumbing needs as urgent. He quickly identified the issue, came up with a plan, shared the plan with me and his plumbers came when they said they would. They also cleaned up afterwards, which I always like. We are back in business plumbing wise!

Jordon from Dr. Drain responded to my leak almost immediately. I had received a call from Left Hand about a significant leak. After waiting 2 days for Left Hand to come out, I called Jordon. I immediately identified the problem was a faulty transponder at the meter and that there was no leak. He is responsible, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend his company
