Justin did a great job for me. He worked very hard and tried several avenues to get the hydro jetting to unclog my underground pipe. Unfortunately, there is a 90 degree turn that he couldn't get past. He then set us up with a temporary solution to get the water away from our house. Thanks
Appreciated the same-day service when we discovered water in our basement, the result of a mainline back up. Plumber Bryan contacted me to say he could arrive even earlier in the day than originally scheduled, which was a welcome update. He thoroughly explained what he'd be doing and kept me informed throughout the service, patiently answering questions and providing recommendations and various options on next steps, with no sales pressure. Would use Dr Drain again and recommend to others.
