I am not disposable and that is exactly how I have now been treated twice. I had an appointment on Monday, January 26th at 2pm. Upon arrival, I was advised that they called me and left me a voice mail advising that they were running an hour behind. Ha...there was no missed call and no voice mail. If I could write this a doctor I would rate him a zero, first appointment when did an hour to get into see the PA. They scheduled me for algae testing sleep. Study Ct scans. I came in second appointment for my algae testing, and nobody was there except for the. Receptionist so that was a waste of time. Nor did they tell me not to take my algae medicine five days beforehand. Third appointment today came in for my allergy testing. Very unresponsive staff. I’ve been leaving multiple messages and calling for the last two weeks, had to cancel my CT scan appointment twice because insurance does not have clinical notes to process the authorization. Left multiple messages almost begging for confirmation fax was sent and NOTHING! Not one call back to say it got done. My wife and I got to the office 16 minutes before my 10:00 am appointment but we didn't see the nurse practitioner until a little over an hour later. When we asked the nurse practitioner if there were a lot of patients, she looked at us dumbfounded and said "no not particularly busy at all". That's it! I really wonder how this place has such a high rating as I experience nothing but issues each and every time I go to the office. My Experience: 1. Between 1.5 and 3 hours waiting to see the provider every time 2. Cancels appointments multiple times the day before because they "Don't have enough providers" 3. Unable to read data from SD card which I'm able to read perfectly fine at home 4. Provider is unable to locate the sleep study information that they completed. 5.
