Banu said I didn't need to be seen in his office. Go back where you came from, little man.
I drove 50 min, couldn't find the building tucked away in the back (probably cheaper rent). I ended up being 13 yes 13 min late and the doctor refused to see me. I explained to his receptionist why and she didn't care saying it was his policy. I ended up deciding to go to another doctor because I'm sure its a reflection of his arrogance.
Great staff and great doctor. Very concerned and very intelligent.
I never had a problem with staff or doctor Banu..they are a great team and help each other.dr.banu is always straight forward and and if he thinks you need further services he will recommend it for you.
If I could rate this office Zero stars I would. I have been given the run around on multiple occasions, even for something as simple as refilling a prescription (As of right now I’ve been waiting six days to hear word on refilling an antibiotic). The staff has on multiple occasions been incapable of returning my calls or calling me back after they said they would.
