I've used Dr. Downspout for two gutter cleaning jobs and have no issue with their service. They do the job they agree to. The struggle I have is that they are very hard to get a hold of. I usually have to leave a message and it can be days before my call is returned and a game of phone tag generally follows. Most recently, my calls have not been returned at all.
Very happy to have found this company. Robert and his wife are courteous, reliable and professional which is a rare find around here. Would recommend to others.
These guys do an awesome job!
Competent, thourough, professional, polite. Spent as much time on the ground cleaning up as he did on the roof cleaning out the gutters. Left the driveway better than he found it. Identified an early leak in the roof we would have not known about till greater damage was done. Will use this service twice a year from now on because we live in a tree house
