Im immune to novicane.. and as a result, I've had some horrible, painful, and traumatic experiences with dental work. I have anxiety attacks going in for basic cleaning now. This is the only place Ive ever felt like they listened and took my issues and past seriously. And more than that, they didnt just acknowledge it. They actively worked to be there and make it as comfortable and kind as possible. I dont know how to put into words how much this means to me or how grateful I am.
The office staff including Ashley were wonderful on the phone today !!
You won't find a more skilled Dentist anywhere in DFW. Doug diagnosed and treated an underlying condition which I had for years. It changed my life.
