Rude disrespectful staff. Referral system is a joke. Dr. Douglas Robertson needs to retire. I’m furious with these people and that office but I’ll keep the details private.
I have seen Dr Robertson for about 10 years and I’m a retired Physician. I find him very attentive, knowledgeable , and patient. His front office is about average as far as front offices go, but again it’s a large company that runs his and the other doc’s practices. I will continue with him until he retires.
The women at check in are rude. It takes 10 to15 minutes for them to answer the phone when calling in. Dr Robertson rushes thru each visit. This doctor office has changed so much since they fired good doctors for spend too much time with patients. Time to find a less corporate " your just a number" doctors office
Needs to retire
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Robertson for over 20 years, We love him. He is very patient and thorough and has guided us through many medical emergencies. Recommend 100%
