The receptionist left me a very passive aggressive email after I had some confusion about a late bill. Incredibly unprofessional.
Dr. Hanneman and Marcia have been so great! They make sure your needs are met and are a great team. They have been amazing in communication as they are very thorough and very good about educating. I feel so comfortable being under their care. I am so grateful and would highly recommend this office to others!
Until today I didn't realize there was such thing as a positive dental experience. Needed emergency service and the staff did everything possible to get me in. Once there the dentist preformed magic and brought back my smile! Couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend their services enthusiastically!
My husband needed an emergency root canal and they were able to get an initial screening plus the actual procedure in 2 days! The staff was very accommodating and exceptionally helpful. This will definitely be our family dentist from now on!
