Dr Sheffer and staff are incredibly kind, very thorough, and take the time to stay up to date on treatment and therapies, and to educate me. Dealing with Ascensions offsite bill pay and scheduling is a giant pain. Compared to MyChart/Epic, the electronic medical records they use is not patient friendly or very intuitive. The doctors are fantastic, however, Ascension decisions locally for practice & hospital management are negatively affecting patient experience.
He is patient understanding he listens to every word that you say darn good doctor the best so caring
He had gone over all m test results and explained the nerve pain I felt that wasn’t from my heart and encouraged me to stay active.
