The staff is super patient and kind. My girls just love going there to see their hygienist and Dr Baribeau. If you have a difficult child, I highly recommend their office
Everything about this office was 5 stars. The staff were exceptionally kind to my son who was a bit scared and was crying. They connected with him by talking about his favorite foods, talking about animals and cars, etc. Dr.Baribeau was extremely kind as well. He played with a toy car with my son to help calm him down and even made him laugh. Truly was such a great experience for my sons first dentist appointment. (HE WAS NEVER EVER MEAN TO ME OR MY SON AND NEITHER WERE THE STAFF!!)
The office ladies are wonderful. Easy check in. The hygienist are all super sweet and nice. The dentist is great, gives good tips in between cleanings
I have lost sleep about deciding if I should make this review or not, so here it goes. We have been going here for roughly two years, (this was my second encounter with Douglas) my child wanted me in the room, they did allow me to go back, but we will NOT be returning. As most of the ladies that work here are nice. Douglas is not. As a parent. I would never want my child to go there after seeing how they treat kids in the "back room" as they call it. Been told by many many other parents that they strap your child down and give them some medicine before doing procedure such as cavities. Also they do not let parents in that room for reasons that are pretty obvious.... I personally have heard children screaming bloody murder coming out of that room. If you care for your child....Do you child a favor and find someone better...
