We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Baribeau and his staff! We recently had a poor experience with another dentist office, Dr. Baribeau’s office was extremely helpful and kind with our situation. They got us right in for an appointment. My daughter had a broken filling and was very nervous, Dr. Baribeau and his staff did a fantastic job! They were so very kind to her. She walked out with a hot pink filling. It really is *hot pink* and so cool! We are so very grateful to have found such a wonderful pediatric dentist!
Dr Baribeau is amazing! but his receptionist Jen is very rude . she continuously kept asking me the same question over again after I’ve already given her an answer. the whole time I’m communicating with her she’s rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as if I’m irritating her. As I asked her a question she proceeded with to ignore what I asked and went back to the same topic about my son’s pediatrician! Her attitude and come across to patients are very rude. Horrible patient service and the receptionist is rude! Allegedly, I missed an appointment for my son back in 2020!!! Yeah, four years ago and during a little thing called COVID! Never received ANY voicemail or paperwork about said missed appointment, yet just now was told the dentist noted to DENY MY SON, who is autistic and deathly afraid of doctors and new places, service. Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor. Highly recommend. I love that the doctor explained the science behind my son’s issue and really provided a deeper understanding. The hygienist was so friendly and really made my son feel comfortable
