TERRIBLE!!! In no way should a med spa be recommending Botox and filler on the street, targeting younger consumers. “Back to school” denotes children and teens. This is awful. Places like these are what’s causing body dysmorphia and insecurities in our youth.
Without exaggeration, this is the most professional, immaculate, and above all, kind, establishment in the South Bay. Dr. Mest is an absolute professional and treats every client with care + respect. I have also been a patient of both Hannah (CoolSculpting) + Haleigh (Botox + queen of all injectables) who have always made sure I was comfortable and thrilled with their final results. Dr. Mest is timely, kind and considerate- and has a quick wit, which is always a bonus. He listens and delivers on exactly what I anticipate- which always makes me happy. His support team from the front desk to assisting nurses are friendly and efficient- always making me feel welcome. There are lots of choices out there- from my perspective, this is a really good one!
I’ve been going to Dr. Mest for over a decade now. And he is a phenomenal doctor. I no longer live in LA but when I fly back, I always make sure I see him. He is the only person I trust with my face. Amazing staff, amazing location. Nothing but 5 star service!
I love this place so much! The team is what makes Pier Medical so amazing. I go to Chelsea for Clear & Brilliant and Haleigh for Morpheus 8, and they're both super talented, thoughtful, and take their time to listen to my skin goals.
