calling to yell at the overwork pharmacy after calling in a script 10 minutes before closing and demanding the pharmacy stay open for a patient. . . unprofessional to say the least, especially to act this way to other healthcare workers.
I do not usually bother to write reviews--especially for doctors--because I feel it's so subjective, BUT I was so blown away by Dr. Fletcher's sincerity and kindness (plus he's funny!). I was seen quickly (no wait at all) and he spent a good 10-15 minutes talking with me about my health. I never felt rushed, I absolutely felt heard and not judged. And his explanations were clear and detailed and accurate (I have a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, so I feel comfortable assessing this part of the visit). The thing is--I don't NEED ... read more
The doctor is nice and appears to be efficient but you will sit and wait for over an hour at every appointment. There is no consideration for his patients time, or the time they take from employment to attend appointments.
