Front desk staff stated I had to pay out of pocket for x-rays without seeing if my insurance could cover it. Refused a simple teeth cleaning and examination of the problem area, even though she repeatedly repeated herself that was was an alternative option without needing x-rays. I cannot access my previous x-rays and was upfront about that not being an option. Always good to get my teeth cleaned. Like getting an itch scratched and my teeth fell good. Very good experience and makes my day. Thank you all for a fun and laughter without laughing gas experience.
I wouldn't trust anyone who says this about a colored person near my mouth. Found this comment especially interesting upon learning he practices in Arizona considering the diversity of the state. Really gross. Hire people who represent your values and core beliefs better than this. Having him making comments like these publicly about a colored person he doesn't even know does not make your business look good. I always love my experience here. I actually drive 40 minutes because I trust the dentist. Yesterday however, I had a temp hygienist cleaning my teeth. It was not a good experience. She was extremely rough, very unorganized, and I left feeling very unsure about the quality of my cleaning. For reference, I am usually in and out in 30 minutes tops. I have very good teeth and take exceptional care of them. I was there for over an hour & left with bleeding, inflamed gums.
