The worst customer service!!! Always put on hold for along time always wants to rush you off the phone before even listening!!! Why why dont understand at all so rude !
They act like they are doing me a favor. Do they hate patient care? I’m supposed to be getting my bypass reversed to stop the damage and long term complications that have ruined my life, like the severe reactive hypoglycemia and anemia. They have run the clock out stringing me out 6 months now, and I’ve spent 1500 getting pre surgery clearance testing and now I have to go back to work or lose my home. They absolutely do not care. They just want to have me come in needlessly for 3 doctors appts when nothing has changed! They ... read more
