Very professional. And helpful
Dr Lowe listens to your problems. Does not rush you. Very caring and considerate.
The dr was fine. Went to him for years. His billing administrator is another story. They don’t hesitate to take your money but when it’s time to give you a credit back (over $500), they hold it for ransom. She doesn’t return phone calls, nothing. It’s been over 6 weeks since the refund was requested (and owed to me) but I’m still waiting. Total joke!!
