I was VERY impressed with Dr Henricks professionalism but at the same time not making me feel like 'a number'. He took time to answer my questions, talked over items of concern that my daughter in law had (who is a nurse). He has a friendly demeanor, that puts a patient at ease right away. He and his assistant did a GREAT job with the injection I had, and took all the guesswork (for me) and anxiousness away with their excellent set up in the procedure room and their words of encouragement.
