The worst dentist I have ever been to. The man was pulling on my mouth very hard and did a very cursory examination. Nothing of value, most of the insight came from the assistants. Worst of all was the administrative staff, which wasted my time and incorrectly scheduled me and on top of that, tried to argue with me about the schedule I had requested (by several phone calls and text messages ... since they are so bad at understanding simple requests there was plenty of back and forth). They made my husband feel so comfortable during his visit and extractions. He was so terrified, but once he got there he felt relaxed and now he looks like a new man. Thank you to all of the people that work for Dr. Arnett.
Dr. Arnett is a wonderful dentist. I honestly can say he is the BEST here in Pensacola. His staff members are great and they all make you feel at home when you are there. Give them a call and you will see for your self. Front dest lady is so helpful.
I had such a wonderful experience at this office...the staff was so caring and took so much time with me. Dr.Arnett has wonderful chairside manner....makes you feel comfortable. This will definitely be my dentist for life.
