It is deeply disappointing to have to write this review. I have been a patient of Dr. Duchen since I turned 18, but he is currently failing to fulfill the basic regulatory responsibilities required for my care. He regularly allows critical aspects of my treatment to lapse for weeks—such as failing to provide simple, routine confirmations to my pharmacy.
