Let me say the Dental Hygienist is a delight. The Dentist himself is pleasant, however I feel anyone who is a new patient is prey to unnecessary dental work. They definitely upsell, which lead to a 2nd opinion. Not only did I feel ripped off, but what amazes me is how rude and cold the front office is. I'm not paying anyone who talks that way to me. Although the equipment is state of the art the office is poorly run . I have had numerous problems with billing, insurance and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the office is managed. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.
Dr. Cohen is a wonderful dentist, being afraid of going to a dentist, he made me feel very comfortable and atease. I was not afraid of anything, he was very gentile and caring about his patient. I surely would recommend him to all of my friends. He deserves a 5 Star from me. Thanks Dr. Cohen, you are the best!
