Rude receptionists.
I have been going to Dr.Chan now for 15 years. I've been a good customer and have always been on time, never changing appointments always paid up.Today there is quite a blizzard out side, so I call to inform them 1 1/2 hours before time that I don't think I can make it to Windsor today as I live in Kingsville and I'm 76 yrs. Old with failing eye site and because of the blizzard. She lite into me like she was talking to a child and told me she thinks I should only make summertime appointments, and 1 1/2 hrs isn't enough time ... read more

Dental hygienist by the name of Lena(probably spelt wrong) is absolutely wonderful! Very cautious and gentle, informative and all around made the experience pleasant.
