I have been going to Dr.Chan now for 15 years. I've been a good customer and have always been on time, never changing appointments always paid up.Today there is quite a blizzard out side, so I call to inform them 1 1/2 hours before time that I don't think I can make it to Windsor today as I live in Kingsville and I'm 76 yrs. Old with failing eye site and because of the blizzard. Dental hygienist by the name of Lena(probably spelt wrong) is absolutely wonderful! Very cautious and gentle, informative and all around made the experience pleasant.
Every year Dr Douglas Chan has a small increase for deep teeth cleaning of $5 which is reasonable. However, this year he increased the amount by $15 ($210 to $225). Fifteen dollars doesn't sound like alot but when you are a pensioner any increase hurts as everything else is being raised substantially. Considering that Dr. Douglas Chan is a periodontics expert and his wife Dr. Sandra Chan who works at the same building is an orthodontics expert, if you were to combine their incomes I would surely expect them to make over a mi... read more
