I am so thankful to dr schottenstein for treating my mother and getting her to live her life again. my mom refused to see any doctors for years due to her previous experiences and just stayed home everyday in pain. This doctor exceeded my expectation and helped me when all four other doctors I saw could not diagnose or help me with my condition. he is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The office is very nice, modern looking and clean. They expanded and the new office looks great. Dr. Schottenstein is a talented and accomplished doctor, who I have trusted to stick needles into my spine! He is gentle yet effective, and even funny sometimes. However, over the past couple years, his "practice" has morphed into a money-making "business". His staff overbooks, and you can wait up to 45 minutes just to see the Physician's Assistant for monthly follow-ups. The PA's are very nice, however the turn-over rate seems high. I've been seeing Dr. Schottenstein for over 5 years and have never been treated by such an amazing doctor. If you are in pain---dr. S is definitely the man to see! He really sat down and listened to my problems and concerns and helped me discover the root of my pain. He is always offering what he thinks is best for me and is never pushy and is all about healing and providing everyone with the absolute best care. Great doctor and staff!!!!
