I was a patient of Dr. Keim for more than 1 year. I made an appointment for my yearly exam. The day before the appointment, the office called to say that I was no longer a patient because I had not scheduled an appointment within a one year period (it was one or two months longer than that). There is no policy on their website that states you have to be seen within a 12 month period. Dr. Keim couldn't even be bothered to respond to a letter regarding this issue. Very low quality patient care!
