Mint has RUINED Dr. Crosby's office. Half the time those who answer the phone have an attitude problem. My information within the system is no longer accurate. I was told I was scanned for Invisalign trays a month after I actually was. Only reason for a second star is because the staff is always friendly once you are physically present in the office.
Ever since Dr. Crosby went to Mint Dentistry this particular office is HORRIBLE. It’s almost impossible to get through to the office on Campbell. They (Mint) have called and changed appointments twice in the last couple of months. The associates answering phones to reschedule appointments are rude and condescending! Before Crosby joined MINT it was easier to make appointments and now they seem to have bankers hours. No more early morning appointments for students. This makes it very difficult especially during COVID times and kids going back to school.
Not happy with my experience since they switched to Mint. Took an hour to fix a retainer they just put in a couple of weeks prior. Horrible!
