Dr. Tilkin is an excellent and thorough diagnostician. The only time the office has a recording where you cannot speak with a staff member is after office hours and at lunch. I have been a patient of Dr.Tilkin's since 1990. She is patient, kind, and very thorough in her examination. She never cuts corners when it comes to a patient's care. And, she has no problem sending you to a Specialist if that's necessary.
when one calls the office one cannot speak to a live person and one is told to not leave a number because calls will not be returned, the call was made after 1:30 pm, so I would think lunch was over but there was not a clear message as to what to do if you needed to speak to office staff.
