Reception was horribly rude. I was told, we are not currently accepting new patients. I can understand that, I tried my best to ask what the process was to wait my turn to become a new patient and was continuously told there was nothing I could do. She kept trying to refer me to a nurse practitioner. Smh. The staff here needs some retraining
