Property Manager ⢠FMS has worked at our Class A property with excellent results. FMS was recently hired to manage facility maintenance at a shopping center located in Buckhead. FMS is prompt and thorough. They interface very well with tenants and other vendors. FMS does exactly what they say they will do. Takes initiative to let us know of issues we may not have notices.
