Dr Cosgrove put needles into my checks for moisture and now almost 3 weeks later I have bumps there that won’t go away and look awful Never explained anything and did not return my call herself Run!
Third time, now the last unfortunately. I had an appointment for 1 pm for a service with Lisa today. I arrived 10 minutes early. At 1 pm I was shown to the private exam room. There i waited. 1:15 pm an employee just walks on in, starts rummaging through cabinets for supplies. She leaves. Then she pops back in again, again no knock, rummages some more meanwhile I have no clue why it's 1:20 pm and still no doctor. 1:35 I was still waiting. I left. I had waited long enough. I am a relatively new patient with Desert Med Aesthetics. It has truly been an outstanding experience. I have had Botox with 4 other providers and never a second time. Hesitated after reading some of the prior reviews here on Google but really glad I went anyway! Found Dr Cosgrove to be friendly, highly experienced and detail oriented. She honestly assessed my entire face, without criticism, and let me know advised tweaks instead of selling me on what I thought I needed... made great suggestions for how to achieve natural results.
