I am a new patient here but have been here before a few years ago w my husband and it’s always a calm and enjoyable experience. Lisa, RN took great care of me! I work late and she was able to make her schedule work w mine. It is very obvious how knowledgeable she is. She was generous w her time and I never felt rushed. Plus, she is HILARIOUS. I met with Dr Cosgrove told her my concerns and what I was hoping to accomplish. Rebecca Barnett was very acknowledge and shared her own personal experience. She just had a procedure and looked natural and refreshed. I was presented with several treatment options to help me achieve my results. Dr Cosgrove put needles into my checks for moisture and now almost 3 weeks later I have bumps there that won’t go away and look awful Never explained anything and did not return my call herself Run!
Third time, now the last unfortunately. I had an appointment for 1 pm for a service with Lisa today. I arrived 10 minutes early. At 1 pm I was shown to the private exam room. There i waited. 1:15 pm an employee just walks on in, starts rummaging through cabinets for supplies. She leaves. Then she pops back in again, again no knock, rummages some more meanwhile I have no clue why it's 1:20 pm and still no doctor. 1:35 I was still waiting. I left. I had waited long enough.
