Dr. Thompson is terrible, how she has a license is beyond me. Withholds medication, plays games that jeopardizes her patients care. Horrible, worst doctor I have ever seen.
Ive been with Dr Dori since Dr. Susan Grau left to go work at Atrium and Dr. Dori took over her office in Springboro, we’re talking years! She is fantastic, very knowledgeable. And i feel like when you talk she listens well. She happily answers any questions you might have, she has a awesome since of humor. Id recommend her to anyone, and have. You won’t be disappointed with the staff either! Friendly,they remember your name, very easy to converse with.
Excellent help by the entire staff and less than 10 minutes wait time. I have been going to Dr Thompson for over 5 years and appreciated both their professionalism and patience with listening.
While she is very personable and a good listener, an annual check up apparently dies not include what i felt should be basic, particularly for an eldery, former smoker, ie: listening to heart/ lungs, carotid, checkling for edema, etic. None of that occurred. Can't assess her diagnostic skills since I have only seen her for continuing routine care..

Dt. Thompson has been my doctor since I was 12 years old. She is a very kind and I feel completely confident in her abilities as a doctor. I have always been satisfied with my visits; she always helps me with anything I need in a very timely manner. I will be coming back to see Dr. Thompson as long as I continue to live in the area. The receptionist staff are super helpful and very kind people. When I walk in to the doctor's office, I am always greated with a welcoming smile.
At first she was great then after 1 year of seeing her she stopped seeing me... She diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 6 months later it was removed from my records
