I was a patient at ECMC and Dr. Marshall was covering for the usual psychiatrist on the unit. She was fantastic; empathetic, caring, understanding, and non-judge mental. She listened and NEVER had that I’m a doctor so better than you and greater than God attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone and wish she had a private practice.
I think it's time for the "doctor," to RETIRE!
