Worst ER Dr. very rude and aggressive with the patient..she was checking my daughter’s ear and she aggressively turned her head really fast pulled her ear and put the tip of the otoscope really rough and couldn’t see anything and comes back with a tip and aggressively takes out wax and of course my daughter fought her, who wouldn’t when the Dr. is being aggressive, the Dr. scraped the inside of her ear made it bleed, the Dr. was not pleasant at all with my child from the beginning she was not nice at all.
