Am new to area and attempting to initiate care with Dr. Sherman or NP or PA. I've tried to call office multiple times; am placed on hold >10 minutes without receptionist return. No response to messages left. This does not bode well in reflection of patient care. I shall look elsewhere.
It took 3 weeks for someone in this office to contact me regarding my bloodwork results! During that time I had called 3 times asking for clarity as to why I felt horrible. Left and found another doctor who got to the problem ASAP.
I have been with Dr. Sherman perhaps a year now. She is soft spoken, but don't underestimate her or her ability. I have never found the staff to be rude.
I can NOT recommend Dr. Sherman for medical care. She is a nice spoken young lady. 1)Dr. Sherman’s front offic girl was short tempered and very mean spoken to me. She acted like I was a bother, mad and impolite. 2)They don’t answer the phones nor did I get a call back after leaving 3 messages that’s when I went to her office for help. 3)Dr. Sherman herself needs to go back to school to learn how to write prescriptions.
