Dr. Ortiz has always been a kind, thorough provider for me.

He was refused and turned away and not given an appointment for 3 weeks from now. He is in so much pain. The traffic incident was public and on the Google maps after it had happened. The Dr showed no empathy or patience or kindness or understanding.
