I'm a chiropractor and I had an injury to my low back that was getting progressively worse. Conservative treatments were helping but it wasn't resolving the issue. Any worse and I would have had to get on disability. Because of Dr. Alderman my back is at least 90% better from what it was. I was able to go back to work with no problems. I (Shelli) have been going to Dr Alderman for several years. Originally I had a shoulder injury at work (which they were going to deem me permanently disabled) and decided to try treatment with Dr Alderman as a last resort. I am 74 years old. I am an active cyclist, hiker and yoga enthusiast. Without the incredible knowledge and treatment from Dr. Alderman, I would not be able to enjoy these activities. I have experienced many set-backs over the years (mostly knees) and Dr. Alderman has always known what to do and how to get me back to functioning stronger and better. She is truly a genius and my hero!
I have seen Dr, Alderman for PRP injections to treat my chronic neck pain from a car wreck. She is definitely the TOP in her field. I have seen several other osteopaths yet I continue to drive an hour each way to see here when need a treatment. She is HIGHLY SKILLED, listens, and cares deeply about the outcome her patients receive from the treatments.
