I really love this doctor, I feel as though she took a lot of my concerns into account and was very informative. Very personable and I always felt like she answered my questions and then some. I had very positive experiences with Dr. Kono.

Very condescending and dismissive. Prefers to spend majority of the appointment lecturing you, "you should've done this", "you shouldn't do that", (doesn't bother to ask if you're already doing them and/or why something happened) and takes up the whole time talking about herself. I didn't book an hour of my life just to hear you talk about YOUR life story.
I explained to her about how I was feeling brushed off and not taken seriously by other doctors (they refused to diagnose me or run tests, just tell me I was probably fine) and she not only brushed me off but defended such doctors despite not knowing them.
