Horrible. Did not listen to my concerns, was extremely rude, misdiagnosed me (requiring me to visit a different doctor), and over billed me.
I went there quite awhile ago and was seen by Dr. Richards. Quickly diagnosed me with pneumonia, gave me a one dose steroid shot, some prescription cough syrup, antibiotics, and recommended a specific over the counter medication. He was absolutely wonderful. At the time I was searching for a new Primary Physician, bummed that he didn’t have his own practice other than Urgent Care. I now have a different PCP who is also wonderful. Thank you so much Dr. Richards!
Not what id call a doctor but work at a urgent care. So that counts right. Couldnt give low enough score.
