When I am with Dr. Shaw, I never feel rushed. She is aware of my health history, so I don't have to spend precious time explaining things. She is understanding, confident in her knowledge, yet open to hearing my opinion. I feel like we are in a partnership with the goal of providing me with quality care delivered in a compassionate manner. I feel seen, heard, and valued.
I went to Dr. Shaw for heavy bleeding....had surgery that she said would help and what she failed to tell me was it would leave me unable to have children. I have never felt so low, but it was the lack of empathy she showed that has sent me spiraling. My life is ruined but I hope this helps someone else.
I was in and out of my appointment within 30 minutes including wait time! The staff was very friendly and resourceful. Dr. Shaw promptly sought to provide care to me. She also was very friendly and calming. My appointment went very well!
Fantastic Doctor. Dr Shaw did my non-invasive hysterectomy. She diagnosed problems that several other doctors had overlooked. I am thrilled with her and she is now my regular OB. Highly recommend.
