I’ve been going for over 15 years. I like that you can walk in. However, lately she’s very busy since her secretary moved away she has to do everything on her own including answering phones and scheduling appointments. You must leave a message and wait for a call back. Or come in to schedule an appointment . She’s typically busy with a patient so nowadays you must make an appointment and even then it’s busy. Dr. Diana Yin has always been incredibly helpful, even during my toughest times. She recommended important treatments, like checking my thyroid and cholesterol, which made a big difference in my health. I wouldn’t have known I had very high cholesterol or taken steps to manage it without her guidance. She’s a very kind, caring, and soft-spoken doctor who truly listens and provides thoughtful care.
Rude and Very unprofessional.. She tried to charge me $10-$30 for a service that my Insurance covers 100% and said my insurance didn’t cover it until I called my insurance company and they said they absolutely cover it 100%.. I switched my PCP after that
