Terrible experience I was a patient of Dr. Kwongs for several years. Everytime I visited Dr. Kwong I never felt that my concerns were fully addressed. He does take the time to listen. However, he never offers a short term solution. He always makes the situation complicated and drawn out. I always have to wait at least an hour past my appt. time to see him.
