Connie the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The Dr did an excellent job at observing the problem that I had and making great recommendations. I would recommend to anyone.
I do not recommend. He has one staff member named Connie. Connie had to do a prior authorization for me and called me yelling at me on the how I waisted 45 mins of her time Otp with my ins company for them to tell her I had a mri approved at another location. In which was already mentioned to the Dr in the room the reason I was coming to him is because he’s local and the other facility is 6 hours away round trip and he’s 20 mins away. All most cost my wife's survival, was on life support for three days because he wouldn't request an MRI to find that she had a broken hip thank you sir hope you you have a good life!!
HAVE SEEN OTHERS IN AREA AND WAS UNSATISFIED. DR GRAHAM WAS ONLY ONE WHO GAVE HONEST DIAGNOSIS. GREAT DOCTOR AND HIS OFFICE MGR CONNI IS A SWEETHEART.
